???? Today is National Kindness Day! ????

At Selwood, kindness is at the heart of everything we do — it’s even part of our school rule: “Work hard, be kind, do our best and accept nothing less.” ????

Today we’re celebrating by focusing on acts of kindness across the school.

✨ This Morning:
Tutors have been talking with pupils about what kindness means and how we can show it through our words and actions.

✨ This Afternoon:
Children are sharing acts of kindness they’ve carried out, earning achievement points, and adding some of their good deeds to the All We Can kindness map ????.

Pupils are also completing Kindness Spotter cards to recognise moments when someone has been kind to them — a lovely way to reflect on how small gestures make a big difference.

Let’s fill Selwood with kindness today — and every day! ????
