This half term, we’re helping to reset!

We’ll be sharing simple daily activities to help create a happy, healthy environment for our young people—small steps that make a big difference for minds and hearts.

Monday – Nature Fix 

Spend 1 hour outdoors in the woods, park, or your garden. Breathe, explore, and enjoy the fresh air!

Tuesday – Create 

Draw, bake, build, or paint—use your hands and let your imagination run wild!

Wednesday – Tech Detox 

No screens until 12pm. You can do it! Enjoy the morning fully present.

Thursday – Face-to-Face 

Meet a friend in person, not online. Connection feels amazing in real life!

Friday – Movie Night 

Pick your favourite film, make some popcorn, and keep phones away. Relax and enjoy together.

Saturday – Music Therapy 

Listen to a favourite album from start to finish. Let the music lift your mood!

Sunday – Goal Setting 

Set one positive goal for the new term. A small step today can make a big difference tomorrow.
